This is a super fresh tasting, light-for-the-summer-season pizza. Beautiful bright tomato sauce, some seasonal heirloom tomato, capers, shaved garlic, along with some acidic, light and fresh white anchovy and fresh Italian parsley bring this to life.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">I really loved how this pizza turned out. It is a bit different, as all the toppings are added post-bake \u2013 cold and super fresh.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Side note: I cut my garlic a little thicker for the photo so you could see it. dough ball<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 heirloom tomato, thinly cut into six slices<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 clove of garlic, sliced razor thin<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 ounce capers<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Small handful of Italian parsley, cut as you wish<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">6 white anchovies<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 swirl of the best olive oil you have<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stretch the dough ball to desired size and add to a floured pizza peel.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Top with pizza sauce and put into a preheated 550 F oven.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Bake to desired doneness.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">When done, remove pizza from oven and slice into six slices.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Scatter the freshly shaved garlic, then top with the fresh tomato.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Scatter the capers and freshly chopped parsley.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Lastly, lay the beautiful white anchovies on top.<\/li>\n<li
