MONROE, Wis. (March 20, 2025)<\/strong> \u2014 Klondike Cheese Company earned eighteen honorable awards and swept the Havarti and the Reduced Fat Cheeses category at the 2025 United States Championship Cheese Contest.<\/p>\n

A huge thank you to the judges, our team, and all the cheese lovers who helped make this competition successful. Best of Class honors went to Odyssey\u00ae Feta, Low Fat Feta, erbHerReduced Fat Mediterranean Herb Feta and Buholzer Brothers\u00ae Dill Havarti, Havarti, and Brick along with Odyssey\u00ae French Onion Greek Yogurt Dip, Odyssey\u00ae Vanilla Greek Yogurt.<\/p>\n

Placing second in their classes were Odyssey\u00ae Peppercorn and Reduced Fat Peppercorn Feta and Odyssey\u00ae Labneh. Also, second place awards for Buholzer Brothers\u00ae Muenster, Havarti and Dill Havarti. Third place awards went to Odyssey\u00ae Reduced Fat Feta and Fat Free Feta, Odyssey\u00aeLow Fat Vanilla Yogurt and Buholzer Brothers\u00ae Havarti.<\/p>\n

The talent, skill, and passion displayed by cheesemakers from across the country were truly inspiring. Every entry showcased exceptional craftsmanship, making this a tough contest with outstanding cheese and yogurts in every category. The U.S. Championship Cheese Contest, held March 4-5th<\/sup> in Green Bay, Wisconsin and hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association, is the largest technical cheese, butter and yogurt competition in the United States and has been held biennially since 1981. A total of 2414 entries of cheeses, butters and yogurts from 31 states were entered for technical evaluation.<\/p>\n
